Rocky Point office buildings sell for $85.5M
Rocky Point office buildings Island Center and Waterford Plaza have sold for $85.5 million.
The two Class-A, 12-story buildings total 494,813 square feet.
“The capital markets again view Tampa positively from a long-term investment perspective,” Mike Davis, executive director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Southeast Capital Markets Group, said in a statement. “Accordingly, well-positioned core assets are in high demand.”
