		<description>I would also say that net leases help with being able to accurately project your cash flows. Having to carry the costs of maintainance can cause fluctuations in your cash flows. Especially when the age of the building exceeds 10 years or it is located in areas of the country that can receive extreme weather conditions such as Hurricanes.</description>
