		<description>It makes no sense to look for comercial property without a commercial real estate expert.  On the other hand, it makes perfect sense to let an expert learn what are my space needs, show me some potential spaces, and then negotiate the lease for me so I don&#039;t wind up in Bob&#039;s situation.   

A nice bonus to having a commercial real estate expert is that I don&#039;t have to take my focus off my business to look for new space!</description>

I have seen people get GREAT  deals on their own, but the vast  majority of them end up on the short end of the stick.  With the limited amount of public information on commercial real estate leases and rent values, the deck is definitely stacked against someone that does not do this on a regular basis.</description>
