On the other hand, it makes perfect sense to let an expert learn what are my space needs, show me some potential spaces, and then negotiate the lease for me so I don't wind up in Bob's situation. A nice bonus to having a commercial real estate expert is that I don't have to take my focus off my business to look for new space! It makes no sense to look for comercial property without a commercial real estate expert. On the other hand, it makes perfect sense to let an expert learn what are my space needs, show me some potential spaces, and then negotiate the lease for me so I don’t wind up in Bob’s situation.

A nice bonus to having a commercial real estate expert is that I don’t have to take my focus off my business to look for new space!
