		<description>I think everyone is excited.  We just need to find the anchors that will make it happen.  I know there have been talks with the large grocery chains and from a demographic standpoint, it seems to be a fit.  Someone just has to make the first move.  Hopefully, more activity in the Core will help us fill empty condos in the Channelside and Midtown submarkets.</description>
